Voices We Miss
Voices We Miss grew from a family ritual—gathering around the kitchen table for dinner, sharing stories and moments that weave a life together. These conversations opened windows into the past, filled with laughter, lessons, and memories.
Hearing my parents’ stories of youth, love, and challenges revealed storytelling’s true magic. Sharing stories preserves our past and deepens connections for everyone involved.
Inspired by this, Voices We Miss creates warm, welcoming spaces where elders share their journeys. With Jim as host, storytellers reflect, laugh, and feel truly heard—while family, friends, and community discover new understanding and connections.
Every session is recorded, turning conversations into lasting keepsakes that carry the storyteller’s voice, spirit, and laughter for generations.
At its heart, Voices We Miss honors lives, builds bonds across generations, and celebrates the power of truly listening and being heard.
